Clokke cannot provide partial refunds on subscription plans. If you cancel your subscription during the first half of your billing period (from 1st until 15th day of the billing period), service will be canceled immediately and your credit card will not be charged. If you cancel your subscription during the second half of your billing period (from 16th day until the end of the billing period), you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of subscription until the end of the billing period and a regular monthly fee will be charged.
Applying for a refund
To apply for a refund, please submit a refund request here and provide a reason for a refund. Please include a clear explanation why you are unhappy so we can see if there’s anything we can do about it for you or other users. Please note that we cannot not provide refunds for services rendered during previous billing periods.
